Residential condominium complex with two 10 storey Towers plus two 19 Storey Towers
Our work consisted of:
- Complete boiler room re-design and retrofit from atmospheric to high efficiency boilers complete with pipe layout change from Return/Reverse to Primary/Secondary.
- Supply and installation of VFDs on Cooling Tower and Fresh Air Units.
- Procurement of Incentives available for the competed work on behalf of the client
